Jana Bernartová is among the most interesting Czech artists in the field of digital media art. She is already an established artist with many exhibitions behind her, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. She is also active as a teacher and an occasional curator.

Within the new media concept of remediation, in her large-scale digital prints Jana Bernartová examines the relationship between digital and real-life ratios, creating monumental digital structures. These digital grids make a visual component of her planned book.
