Regional Art Gallery in Liberec - Netherlands Painting of 16th to 18th Centuries

The Liberec collection of Netherlands painting has been gradually and systematically created since the early 1960s, thanks to research and acquisition work of Hana Seifertova, at that time the director of the Liberec Gallery. The core of the ensemble is formed by the works of the so called small masters. Many of the works are characterized by a high artistic standard and an extraordinary form.

It is pleasant to see that all these works are of the same quality. The exhibition was newly arranged in 1995 and a new representative catalogue was issued on the occasion of its opening.
